Terms and Conditions of Sale

The website hypershell.co.uk is an e-commerce site operated by CGGK LLC, specialising in the sale of intelligent Hypershell exoskeletons. By using this site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions of Sale. The terms “we”, “our” and “us” refer to CGGK LLC.

ARTICLE 1 – Purpose and Scope

These general terms and conditions of sale govern exclusively the sales of Hypershell exoskeletons (Go X, Pro X, Carbon X) and associated accessories made on the hypershell.co.uk website. They apply to any order placed by a buyer (“Customer”) with CGGK LLC (“Seller”).

ARTICLE 2 – Conditions of Use and Ordering

By using this site and placing an order, you declare that you:

  • Have reached the age of majority in your country of residence
  • Have the legal capacity to contract
  • Provide accurate information when placing your order
  • Accept that Hypershell exoskeletons are not medical devices
  • Understand the importance of consulting a doctor before use in case of health problems

ARTICLE 3 – Products and Pricing

Regarding our Hypershell exoskeletons:

  • Technical specifications are detailed on each product page
  • Prices are shown in pounds sterling including VAT, delivery included for mainland UK
  • Prices may be changed at any time but do not apply to orders already confirmed
  • Interest-free finance available through our payment partner

ARTICLE 4 – Ordering and Payment

The ordering process:

  • Selection of exoskeleton model (Go X, Pro X, or Carbon X)
  • Add to basket and order confirmation
  • Secure payment by credit/debit card or finance option
  • Order confirmation by email
  • Processing and dispatch within 48-72 hours (working days)

ARTICLE 5 – Delivery

Delivery terms:

  • Free delivery across mainland UK
  • Delivery time: 3-5 working days after dispatch
  • Delivery by courier with tracking
  • Signature required upon delivery
  • Delivery charges for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and international orders available on request

ARTICLE 6 – Right of Cancellation

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

  • Right to cancel within 14 days from receipt (extended to 30 days by Hypershell)
  • Return of product in original packaging, unused condition
  • Return shipping costs at customer’s expense
  • Refund within 14 days after receipt of return
  • Cancellation form available on request

ARTICLE 7 – Warranty and After-Sales Service

Hypershell warranty:

  • 2-year manufacturer’s warranty on all exoskeletons
  • Statutory rights under Consumer Rights Act 2015
  • Technical support included for 2 years
  • Free firmware updates

ARTICLE 8 – Liability and Usage

Important regarding use:

  • Hypershell exoskeletons are not approved medical devices
  • Medical consultation recommended before use
  • Compliance with usage instructions mandatory
  • Use at your own risk and responsibility
  • Training and adaptation period recommended

ARTICLE 9 – Data Protection

In accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018:

  • Minimal collection of data necessary for order processing
  • Data secured and not sold to third parties
  • Right to access, rectification and deletion
  • Use for order tracking and customer support

  • AI Motion Engine technology protected by patents

ARTICLE 11 – Force Majeure

In case of force majeure (pandemic, natural disaster, strike, etc.), our delivery obligations may be temporarily suspended. We undertake to inform our customers as soon as possible.

ARTICLE 12 – Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to:

  • Goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described
  • Services performed with reasonable care and skill
  • Repair or replacement if goods are faulty
  • Refund if repair or replacement is not possible

ARTICLE 13 – Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Update product specifications
  • Evolve our range of exoskeletons
  • New conditions apply to future orders

ARTICLE 14 – Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

  • Alternative Dispute Resolution available through approved providers
  • Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR) for EU consumers
  • Trading Standards contact for consumer protection issues

ARTICLE 15 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by English law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal recourse. Failing this, the English courts will have jurisdiction, except for consumer residents in Scotland or Northern Ireland who may bring proceedings in their local courts.
