We deliver all our Hypershell exoskeletons free of charge across the UK using specialist courier services.

CGGK LLC directly handles the delivery of all Hypershell exoskeletons ordered on hypershell.co.uk. As our products are precision technological equipment, we have implemented a secure delivery process to guarantee their integrity.

Ordering and Dispatch Process

  1. Order confirmation: Your order is confirmed after payment receipt
  2. Preparation: Your exoskeleton is prepared and packaged within 24-48 hours (working days)
  3. Dispatch: Sent via specialist courier with tracking number
  4. Delivery: Receipt within 3-5 working days after dispatch
  5. Confirmation: Email confirmation at each stage

Receipt and Inspection

Important: When receiving your exoskeleton:
  • Check the packaging condition before signing
  • Report any apparent damage to the courier
  • Keep all packaging elements (warranty)
  • Test your exoskeleton within 48 hours
  • Contact us immediately if there are any problems

Business Delivery

  • Delivery possible to business addresses

  • Provide recipient name and department

Absence During Delivery

  • Delivery card left by courier
  • Option to reschedule delivery

Returns and Exchanges
